Good job!! Making those choices are difficult. You should be proud. Just by logging calories and eating balanced meals daily makes a big difference with awareness. It is what helped me when I first started. I weigh in every day. You will be surprised how the weight comes off. Yes, there will be some days that go up. It overall you will see your progress and it will motivate you.
