i seriously need to get it together. i'm always getting down on myself for my weight and it's depressing... i always think of how i used to look but i've been too lazy to get back there... i need to shed my insecurities as well as the extra pounds. i plan on doing it this time; sticking to eating the right portions and right food as well as exercising... and i need to stop with the sweets, especially at night. it's time to get the old skinny, happy me back!
