Down more than last week, but still just barely over half a pound. I have been considering trying The Fast Metabolism Diet. Has anyone tried it? It's only 28 days to reset your metabolism and it has a lot of restrictions, but I think I could do it for 28 days. Any thoughts?

I've never heard of it. But I think of diets like that as a jump start to losing. If you can find a way to add more foods after the 28 days so you can keep losing but make it sustainable, than it might be a good starting point. In the end, you have to get a plan you can do for life. Changing the way you eat, think about food and your behaviors are the only way to keep it off. But baby steps. If you think it's something you can do, then give it a go.
