Hi all,
I am sticking to a 1300 calorie intake daily. Very little alcohol but all other foods allowed as long as I stick to my daily calorie allowance. Swimming/ yoga and walking- when I can fit it in between work/ kids and social commitments. It’s all about good choices- daily. If you fall off the wagon, that’s okay, try again tomorrow 💪🏻💪🏻
