So, here I go..an actual journal of my quest to get healthy..this way I am somewhat beholden to do it because others will be reading.

I am down 2 lbs from my heaviest 4 weeks ago : D

I have the exercise routine, now I just need my diet to change. That is the hardest part.

Anyway, here I go..
