You can do it😊, just make small healthy changes one at a time and stick to them, slowly but surely they will become habits, best of luck😊

It's very difficult, sugar is an issue for me too. I'd be doing well and then allow myself something sweet and then there is no going back.
Goodluck.

This happens to the best of us. Just take it 1 step at a time. Instead of cutting out sugar completely reduce the amount you have. Everything in moderation so you don't overdo it when you do have it

I'm very sorry I'm currently at 145 and I'm scared to weigh in . I've been eating below R2000 calories and because I'm scared to weigh in I'm having chocolate. you'll be fine

One setback is not failure. Own it and move on from it. Tomorrow is not another chance - Now is another chance. Fruit would also satisfy your sugar craving so swop out the sweets for fruit.

The goal is not to be perfect but to keep going... trust me.. there are days that I feel like just not caring but instead of giving up I now have learnt that you can always try again and that's what brings results and success... it's not giving up nomatter how imperfect the journey... consistency and patience. one step at a time. one day at a time. Get back up again.
