I’m back on track after faltering for a bit. Blood test have been an eye opener. Started walking daily and hopefully back into a full workout in a coyote weeks. I’m nursing a sprained ankle so I’m going slow and steady. Eating hearty healthy low carb to avoid cholesterol meds and pre-diabetes.
