Day 25:

It was hard, but I forced myself to work out just a little bit harder than yesterday. I'm certainly pushing myself to my limit. I think maybe tomorrow will be a rest day? Not sure... I'll see how my muscles are feeling in the morning.

I was about average on the nutrition front. I didn't eat anything terrible--but I could have done better. Oh well, tomorrow is another day.

congrats on working out a little harder it hurts but feels so good afterwards :) friday is a good rest day! good luck with better eating tomorrow :)

Thanks Selina :) I think I might work out this evening anyhow... I'm feeling a little extra energy all of a sudden. Hope you're doing well. :)
