I know it seems like a lot of weight to loose in 2 weeks... but I did have a baby... so 23 lbs isn't that unheard of, right?
So my diet is solely based on portion control. I have tried Atkins and South Beach, both with moderate success - but those lifestyles are not for me. Since I am a SAHM of 4 - having such a restricted diet is almost impossible.
So far, I really like the way I am eating. I am never deprived and never hungry. I only eat until satisfied and if I crave something unhealthy - I only have a really small portion and I eat it really slowly since I know that I cannot have more.
My ultimate goal is to be around 140 lbs or a size 8... which ever happens first :) But I would like to get down to around 175 by the end of October as I am in a wedding and do not want to be the fat bridesmaid.
