Biking 10 miles to work each day has helped keep the exercise routine in check. Been taking a look more at the diet and cutting out some of the carbs to see if I can get below the 200 mark by the end of the week. Overall Im glad I got in some great exercises this weekend.
91.2 kg Lost so far: 33.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
