Just joined the 5,000 Steps A Day Challenge, and I'm excited about it! I've owned a pedometer for at least 2 months now and still haven't used it! I did something similar for my statistics class in college and tracked my steps for 2 weeks, and it was very interesting. So, I'm looking forward to using this challenge to help understand my activity level now and challenging myself to up the ante!

Thats great! I've been wearing mine and I walk at least 5000 a day at work. It's really frustrating to gain weight when you havent over eaten and you have worked out 6 days straight on top of being on your feet all day at work. I must blame my period or go insane
