well feel like I didn't have a good day yesterday. it's not easy for me but I want this so BAD . I know I can do it but I have to put my self in the wright mine set .(God love ).
133.2 kg Lost so far: 15.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
