My husband and I took our Dogs for a long walk this morning before the temp gets too high. We had a great time and definately burned some calories, we actually wore out our puupy, which is very difficult, she is part greyhound!
Doing good on the induction, was really tired yesterday and I was craving sugar and starbucks java chip frap :( but made it through. Not happy about my husband cheating on his diet 2 days in a row, pizza one day and beer the next! I am upset because he is supposed to be my support and we said we were doing this together, but what can you do?
Oh well starting off on a great foot today :)
