Okay, looking in the mirror today.......I'm embarrassingly fat. I have lost a lot of muscle mass and turned it into flab for sure. My back is even starting to hurt from it. I need to do something and what better time than summer! Here I go, I'll try to keep this updated too.
Didn't eat very well today. B: Sausage Burrito from McD's L: Pizza Hut Buffet D: Grilled Chicken, Pineapple, potatoes, Spaghetti Salad
I'll probably eat something later too.
I also didn't work out today, did a lot of driving around, got out for a little walking when I was looking for morels though. Other than that just drove and went fishing.
Tomorrow doesn't look great but I'll do my best. I am going fishing again in the morning with Dad because its his birthday! And I have plans to go to a fish fry with my buddy for dinner and of course have some beers. I will definitely have to go for a walk with Gracie while Stacie is at work!
