Have had a busy 2 days. I didn't record my food from yesterday but I have kept the rules of the challenge. I'm back at work so i really have to focus on what I eat and not let myself eat too much...and I have to eat regularly. Still not doing much exercise as i said i would, but i'm not going to worry about it just now. Weigh day coming up in 4 days so I'm halfway through my third week of this journey....all good so far - staying positive...
