i started 'smashing' almost 3 weeks ago, which puts me in the middle of phase 2. this is my second time around...the first time didn't work out so well, not enough self control. I'm not sure WHAT happened between the first time and now, but something must've changed because so far i've lost 14 pounds!! Let's see if i can keep it up..

14 lbs! wow, that's close to 10% of your body weight. What do you think has changed this time round?

Dieting is definately a mental thing for me, i have to constantly remimnd myself that i'm NOT hungry..i'm just bored. I really have to keep busy to stay out of the kitchen! and when it's time to eat, i have to decide what i'm going to have before i make my way towards the refridgerator to avoid making a bad choice. it seems to help quite a bit. thanks for the support!!
