I'm 38 yrs. old. I put on most of my weight in the last 5yrs. 5yrs ago this month I broke my leg and ended up having to stay in bed for over 8 months. I haven't been able to do much exercise because of my leg, but have decided to bite the bullet and suffer through the pain. My endurance is not really increasing but my strength is if that makes any sense. I am a wife and mother of 2 teens. I keep busy with all of their activities. That about sums me up!
