Morning! I have been exercising regularly since coming back to Fatsecret - using WiiFit Plus (given to me by one of my children) and it is really quite fun. What i like best is the free jogging and step activities, yoga stretches and balance games. Im not actually burning heaps of calories but i'm sleeping better which is good. Still not really dieting as such, just reducing the quantity of food I eat and trying to be more conscious of triggers to wanting to snack. I'm keen to see if this plan works for gradual weight loss.
