This last week has been tough, havent been getting in as many workouts as I would like to. I've been trying to continue the morning workouts along with evening runnings but its been tough. I've been eating very well still so that has been im sure why i still tend to lose weight, hopefully the rest of the week will be better to me altough Im commin down with a cold right now which is gonna make it tough.
