Is weighing yourself once a week the way to go? Or once every 2 weeks?

I weigh myself every day - keeps me motivated!

I used to weigh in daily but the fluctuations/waterweight/ tom bloating etc. Drove me mad so now i weigh in weekly!

I hop on the scale most mornings but now look at the average over the week instead of worrying about every little up and down.

Way to discouraging for me. I weigh myself only every one or two months. After that time, it is such a boost to see a decent loss on the scales. I have tried, and failed miserably, with regular weigh-ins, it's too discouraging to see such a small number! I much prefer to gauge my progress on my clothes getting looser, and just how I feel in general.
