well i need to get back on track im not cheating just not eating the way im supposed to..i am soo stressed lately and i still am loosing super duper slowly but i will get focused soon i just need to get rid of all my stress...and i need to start going to the gym its easier said then done..ugh...fml

Just take it one day at a time. And know that "This too will pass"... So whatever it is that's stressing you out, take time out to enjoy the blessings each day, whether it's a pretty sunset, a shared smile, a funny joke, or a hug from a friend.
