So I haven't journaled in a while. I quit atkins and switched to hcg. Atkins was making me sick so I decided it wasn't for me. HCG is good. I don't HATE it. But I do miss food. I miss sushi! That's probably the only semi healthy thing that I miss though so it's not like I could eat all the things I want and still lose weight. Simple carbs are probably the hardest thing of all to give up though. Mashed potatoes, bread, stuff like that. I can't wait till p2 is over and i can eat cheese though. I think adding food back in will be great. I really hope I do well. This is so hardddd.
