Following a 1300calorie meal plan that limits sodium, fats and allows a tiny bit of bread. Working out at least 15 minutes daily along with trainer workouts 3 -4 times weekly. Slow but steady!
99.3 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 31.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week
