Trying to crack down on the food intake now. Time to fine tune and weed out the last of the bad things. Baby steps. I've managed to incorporate 1 hour of cardio each and every day and I'm comfortable with it, to the point I am considering working out twice a day, once in the AM and PM. We'll see how it goes.
