Ive been to the gym every day this week and done 40 minute bursts of exercise and crosstrainer, why have i only lost 1lb! ive been trying to eat more protein this week and stuck to about 1600 cals a day. I measured myself and have lost inches either so i think i may up my calories abit as my body might be holding on because of increased exercise. At least ive lost 5 lbs in 3 weeks with i suppose is not too bad and as i have a new found love for exercising at least im getting fitter which has to mean i will eventually loss the weight.
108.0 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg.    Still to go: 39.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
