I don't know if it's the dreary, rainy day, but I'm in such a dismal mood. I bought the latest copy of Tosca Renon's Eat Clean books, the Stripped edition. It's all about tips and meal plans to help you shed those last ten pounds. Everything makes perfect sense, and the meal plan is super strict. Of course, me being the perfectionist I am, I want to run out and buy all the ingredients and stick to it for 28 days. Then I think, do I need to lose 10 lbs? Do I want to be stuck eating plain chicken breast and egg whites? Ugh. Even though she has a lot of recipes and variety, adding up the calories, it seems to be even under 1,200 some days. Hmm. All I know is that I need to gain some balance in my life and stop sweating the small stuff. If I don't love who I am at 133, I'm not going to love myself at another number or another pant size. Boo to stupid thoughts in my head!
At least I got in a good, sweaty weight circuit this morning.
