I'm 25 years old and looking to renew my healthy lifestyle that I worked so hard for last year at this time. Taking on a new high pressure position within my company changed up quite a bit in my life, and unfortunately exercising and eating clean were the first things to slip. Travelling a lot and an ever changing schedule are a challenge, but I'm ready to get buff again, see my muscles, and just feel better! Plus, going to Las Vegas at the end of May is certainly an added incentive to look my best :)
I love working out and the energy that it provides. Sometimes it's the hardest thing in the world to roll out of bed in the morning, but the feeling of walking out of the gym always wins! I love eating clean, minimally processed foods yet keeping a balance and enjoying the occasional splurge! Nothing beats a cupcake once in awhile right? :)
