WOOHOO i lost 3.5lbs!!!!!!!!!!! Im so pleased ive kick started my diet , im so grateful for fatsecret for making calorie counting so easy and all the positive help on this site really helps me keep focused, All that time at the gym this week really paid off,i hope i can lose the same next week!
