Today I'm starting Adkins I've been on it before and lost a lot of weight and felt great. I then fell back into my old habits...gained some of the weight back. So today is a new beginning.

Welcome back and good luck!! I just re-started the atkins diet as well! I did it before and lost a lot of weight and felt great but also fell back to the old eating habits (beer, chocolate, and bread) are my downfalls!!! I don't think I could do it w/out fatsecret and the tracker and support! I've been doing really good the past few weeks and seeing the scale move really makes me want to keep going! My goal was to lose 40 by Memorial day on 01/01/11, I have lost 10 so far but we are going to Vegas next week so hope to maintain! I also think I am going to win Biggest Loser at my work tomorrow which will be a huge accomplishment!!!
