Back to working out, Lifting more weights seems key. Been doing more indoor aerobics as the Rain here hasn't let up. Also been getting in a 20min work out in the morning to jump start the metabolism. Seems to be going very well.
98.9 kg Lost so far: 25.9 kg.    Still to go: 15.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
