I was SOOOOO hungry yesterday!! Grr! I drank like 13 glasses of water too! I have been doing the 30 day shred steadily and I really really like it. I'm going grocery shopping tomorrow and I'm so excited to be able to fill my cabinets with HEALTHY food!! lol! Have a good weekend!!

Good for you for drinking the water - all that exercise might be making your body more hungry!! I know it is for me! I've been eating fruit and carrots as snacks...
