UGH!! The past two days I have felt so hungry....however, I downed an 8oz glass of water and waited 30 minutes and I was still hungry, so I figure my body was needing the calories, and it wasn't just out of habit or boredom. Weigh in is Saturday, and I'm hoping I can at least maintain. As long as I don't gain, I will feel comfortable with it. I am seriously contemplating buying the Jillian Michael's 30 day shred. I watched it on youtube and it seems like something I might like. That woman seriously inspires me. Happy Friday everyone and have a great weekend!!

If the water doesn't make me feel full I havey been having either light wheat toast, carrots, an apple... it seems to help make me feel full. I love the Shred dvd - bought it on amazon for 12 dollars and if you order 25$ or more it's free shipping - I ordered 3 dvds for $30 and haven't even opened the other 2! The shred is an amazing workout and only 20 minutes - I'm no athlete but I'm willing to work hard if it saves me time. I can already see a difference and I've been doing it about 2 weeks.

Good for you trying to drown out your hunger with water. If it still persists, I would do what Megan suggests. Eat something small just to tide you over until mealtime. : )

I know how that feels! somedays my body is like an eating machine. Pretty much grumbling and gurgling every hour. You did the right thing by satisfying your hunger. You're being true to your body by nourishing yourself. Good for you! jillian is definitely hardcore. I've been debating whether or not to try it myself. But, I think if you think you can do it, you should go for it!
