It feels a bit discouraging looking at how much weight I have to lose, but I know others have achieved so much more. It was a bit of shock doing my BMI and having high cholesterol etc. My clothes aren't fitting and I haven''t enjoyed shopping or dressing up for awhile. It makes me realise the courage people have when acknowledging and then addressing their weight issues. I need some of that courage now... basically, I got myself here, it is what it is, and now I need to get myself out.
