Well, it wasn't a great week. I succumbed to some of the treats on offer over a few different days and this is the result.

I ended up eating a few things I shouldn't. I was given a gift from my lovely ex-colleagues that included chocolate covered hazelnuts, and my mum bought my favourite sourdough bread as a present a couple of times. I'm still not having coffee, regular dairy, wheat or sugar in general but occasionally end up having a bit of dairy or wheat in food. I keep declining treats that I'm offered during social things and just have a herbal tea instead. I think it is all helping.
