Just wondering if anyone has any tips on maintaining the weight once a goal has been reached? I have heard this is the hardest thing to do. I have lost 36.5kg and only want to lose another 2 kg before I get to the maintaining part.

Exercise plays an important role in keeping the weight off, so if you don't and can, start. Even just being more active really helps. Get a pedometer and aim for 10,000 steps a day. It makes you more aware and you end up parking further away and taking the stairs more. Many people set a 2 or 3 pound limit and if the scale reaches are certain weight, you get back on plan till you are back down. The most important realization is that you will forever have to watch what you put in your mouth. You can't go back to your old ways or it will creep back on. You will have to find a balance that works for you. You can also do some googling to find tips that might help you maintain.

Thanks for the advice. I have ordered a pedometer and look forward to seeing how many steps I do in a day.
