Wow, it's going to be in the mid to upper 50's today! I want to walk at lunch. I need to get outside. I squeezed in a 30 minute walk when I got home from work last night. It won't be long until I can ride my bike. Yippee!!!! Have a wonderful day friends. We've gotta get this weight off before we need to put on shorts and tank tops.
