Not sure if my scales are accurate as they're pretty old and not digital. I might need to get some new ones to track this seriously. Lost a bit but not sure if it's real loss or just my body adjusting to smaller portions and healthier choices. I'm finding it tough to keep to the recommended calorie intake and keep just going over, but am trying to do more exercise to offset. Choices like suggesting a walk together to the coffee shop with friend instead of driving (even though it was super foggy and a bit chilly this morning) and only choosing a skinny cappuccino from the menu - make me feel like a small achievement. Hopefully all these little things will add up to major changes.
76 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 18 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
