My RDI is 1700 calories- but isn't less better? I don't think I reach that in a day. My husband says I need to eat more throughout the day- i don't know. Need to look that up. My exercise schedule is kind of crazy. Only get to work out 3 days a week. I will work out thursday for an hour. tell u more soon!

You can eat less if you'd like but no less that 1200. My Basal Metabolic Rate is 1665kcal so I try to eat 1400kcal and exercise. I weigh more than you so you should calculate your own. Here's a good site for that http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/
