My RDI is 1700 calories- but isn't less better? I don't think I reach that in a day. My husband says I need to eat more throughout the day- i don't know. Need to look that up. My exercise schedule is kind of crazy. Only get to work out 3 days a week. I will work out thursday for an hour. tell u more soon!
