I haven't weighed myself in a long time! So since I've last logged in-I've actually gained 15lbs!!!! Not acceptable at all! So, I'm going hard and not eating after 5pm and eating salads and light meals only!!! Please pray for me. :)

My RDI is 1700 calories- but isn't less better? I don't think I reach that in a day. My husband says I need to eat more throughout the day- i don't know. Need to look that up. My exercise schedule is kind of crazy. Only get to work out 3 days a week. I will work out thursday for an hour. tell u more soon!

Do okay with the fruit and veggie detox. Had some puffed corn some nights for a snack, but still not reaching my RDI. Need to find time to exercise. Mylife09 suggested xsport gym. Going to check it out this weekend. Can't wait to start my diet and weigh in!!!

Had a little mishap with a Reese Cup. lol However, even with dinner I am not reaching my RDI, so it wasn't that bad of a mistake. I'm even more motivated now!!! :)
