I am journaling right now to ignore the craving to munch on something. I just pulled out a bottle of water, so I'm trying that. I know I can get past it....just gotta think positive.

Haha!! I do SO good until about 8pm....then boredom hits...I made it through though!!! Yay!!

Every night!!! I'm so hungry after 8 pm - hate to go to bed early because evening is my "me time" - trying to read, or knit or if I have to snack, have fruit!
