You know I had a rough patch after I finished P1. I mean I pretty much stuck to the way I was eating with the exception of BANANAS. O my goodness I was so tired of them I had to get rid of them and I only had chicken once, I had Tuna, and some seafood in a brown seafood rice (all on different days of course)I was working out more but I still put in 2 lbs (O wait I starting a new job at the American Airline Arena where the Heat play and we can not bring in food and the food they offer for free is a joke but I got really hungry at the end of the night and had a few fries)I still do not think that warranted 2 lbs in a couple of days. Even though I was tired of bananas I found out that is my "secret" food That seems to be the secret to my success I put them back in my diet and the weight dropped right back off. I think we all have one thing that boosts our metabolism and we have to have that one thing no matter what through out the whole process.
