Day 8 - The 17 Day Diet: 135.6 Happy Valentine's Day everyone! One complete week on this diet and total weight loss is -1.2 lbs. I'm getting discouraged. That's about what I was losing before I started this as a "jump start" to my program. I'll keep at a few more days at least.
