Trying to redeem myself today. I managed to save myself last night and had an apple and grapes for dinner. I am proud of myself for not giving in and eating something more. I will do much better today. I feel differently about food this time around. I can literally look at something that I used to want and stand my ground. When I look at it, all I see is the word BAD written all over it!! Haha! Whatever works!! I'm definately not complaining!! Have a good day everyone!
