So...the Phentermine isn't working for me. The doctor wants me to stop taking it because I already have a problem with high blood pressure and it is making it SKY ROCKET! Eeek! However, he has referred me to another doctor that specializes in weight loss/control, so I am going to go meet with them next week. I don't want a miracle...just a little boost....and nothing that could do more harm than good!!

Do it naturally!! Pills can be dangerous and probably not worth it in the long run.

The only reason I agreed to it in the first place was because it was doctor prescribed and I was being monitored. I have no desire to buy anything OTC because that is way too risky....and they usually make you feel worse anyway.

I find that caffeine helps. I don't like coffee; so I drink diet coke or have tea. Either way, it does give me a boost, albeit not huge!
