Not to shabby....only went over by 1.5 points on my true first day back. Just gotta work harder. I wanna try to stay away from flex points for now.

Actually, it is better to eat some flex if you can. You teach your body to lose on higher calories. That way if you stop losing, you can cut out the flex and just stick to your daily points. If you just eat your daily points and stop losing, you can't really cut those points. Plus, the more you eat while losing the more you can eat to maintain your weight. Try eating half and see how much you lose. Just don't eat a bunch near weigh-in day. Some people use a few every day, others save them for the weekend for a splurge. Don't be afraid of them, they are a part of the plan.

That makes a lot of sense...thanks for your input. I am currently on Phentermine prescribed by the doctor and they advised staying around 1,200 cals a day while I am on it. That was the only reason :)
