Oops -- a slight set-back. I had a small bag of popcorn last night with Molly McButter. I'm hoping I'm just retaining water from that salt, and I'll be down again tomorrow. It's always so discouraging when you're going the wrong way on the scale. I was hoping Monday I would hit my first mini-goal of 5 lbs. I like to focus on 5 lbs. at at time. It's not so overwhelming that you get discouraged. It may not seem like much -- but just pick up a 5 lb. bag of sugar or flour!
