IM STUCK! ARG!!! The scale has not budged in 12 days, I guess I need to change it up again.
I think I am going to buy Insanity. I've been doing P90X for so long I think it's time to change it up. Insanity is expensive but is it worth it? It looks amazing! Insanity seems to be more cardo/abs then P90X and I am all about cardo/abs.
Either way I am stuck AGAIN and need to move this process along. Goal for today, less carbs, less calories and more protein!
