I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength!
It is time to begin a healthy lifestyle and lose this extra weight. I want to do this for me. I want to feel better about the way I look in my clothes.
Goals for April: Loose 9 lbs - I believe this will be one dress size. I will be very happy to see size 12s again. Exercise more - 7500 steps every day. Hike at least once a week. Possibly start jogging. Count my calories - portion control - healthy choices - limit late night binging.
If I reach my goals, my reward will be a new pair of sandals and a pedicure!
