After a day at 113.5 (didn't record it yet, probably won't have the chance now!), I rewarded myself with what I thought was a "little treat" after dinner, a slice of cinnamon cream cake at Corner Bakery. I just went to enter my calories for the day and -OMG!!! - it was 770 calories! What an eye opener. I really need to be more careful about what I eat when dining out. I would never have guessed...
On a positive note, I completed my first day of my first challenge. I ran during the kids' nap time instead of snacking. It felt great!
