I have a cold and it is hard to stick to my diet when I feel terrible :(. I did not exercise yesterday other than some walking and I feel gross. I am pretty sick today and I want to be able to make it to the gym! I do not know what to do.

It is better to rest your body until you're better. If you go to the gym while you're sick you will put even more strain on your body instead of letting it recover, so it will take you longer to get over it. I have learnt this from my own mistakes. So eat plenty of vegies, get well and then you can hit the gym hard and get the most out of your workout.
